Magery 0 reporting as -5 until advantage is touched

      Description

      I've noticed that, for example, the Elf racial template reports Magery costing -5 (negative 5), both on its own and in existing characters (like the Iotha sample), until you open details on that line. Then it correctly adjusts to 5 (positive 5). Point calculations are incorrect on character sheets until the Magery advantage is "touched" by the user.

      This, of course, does not occur if you add Magery to a template or character manually, because that requires opening the detail window (to get Magery 0 from the default of Magery 1). It only occurs on existing templates and character sheets in the database, and to character sheets that have existing templates applied to them.

      Running 4.4.1 on a Mac.
